On November 4, the 136th China Import and Export Fair, popularly known as the Canton Fair, officially came to a close.

As of November 3, the event welcomed 253,000 overseas buyers from 214 countries and regions, marking a 2.8% increase from the previous session and surpassing the 250,000 mark for the first time, which set a new record. The intended export transaction amount reached 24.95 billion US dollars, a 1% rise compared to last year.
The fair showcased 1.15 million new products, 1.04 million green products, and 1.11 million products with independent intellectual property rights. The highlights of the fair included a strong focus on digital, intelligent and green products, which attracted significant interest from international buyers.
