September 3, the China–Latin America and Caribbean Trading Platform (https://www.clactp.com) (hereinafter “China–LAC Platform”) was officially launched. Guided by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the Dongguan Municipal People’s Government, the platform is a key project of the China–LAC Technology Transfer Center. The launch ceremony, together with the 2025 China–LAC Technology Cooperation and Development Forum, was held in Dongguan on September 3. Ibuychem & Build Silk Road (BSR), as the strategic co-builder and designated supply chain partner of the industrial products section, was invited to attend, sign a strategic agreement with the platform, and contribute new digital momentum to China–LAC economic and trade cooperation through showcases and keynote speeches.

在2025中拉技术合作发展交流会上，买化塑&BSR董事长郭喜鸿受邀发表了题为《数字出海 拉美融合——中国新材料和智能科技出海新航路》的主旨演讲，分享了中国高科技和新材料融合出海的战略视野与创新落地路径，重点指出在智能制造与工业互联网（新能源汽车、光伏等）、新材料解决方案（涂料、高性能材料等）、智慧城市（安防、无人机巡检等）是中拉合作重点方向，并分析了产品、技术、产能、投资四种出海模式，为企业布局拉美提供参考，倡议构建中拉科技产业共同体，抱团出海，共创共享。 At the 2025 China–LAC Technology Cooperation and Development Forum, Mr. Guo Xihong, Chairman of Ibuychem & BSR, delivered a keynote speech titled “Digital Expansion, Latin America Integration—A New Route for China’s New Materials and Smart Technologies Going Global.” He shared strategic insights and practical pathways for integrating China’s high-tech and new materials into overseas markets, highlighting key areas for China–LAC cooperation such as smart manufacturing and industrial internet (EVs, photovoltaics), new material solutions (coatings, high-performance materials), and smart cities (security systems, drone inspection). Also, he outlined four global expansion models—products, technologies, capacity, and investment—to guide enterprises in entering Latin America, and called for building a China–LAC technological and industrial community to go global together and achieve shared success.

值得一提的是，买化塑&BSR还在会议现场展示了与西安电子科技大学携手联合研发的无人机及无人机机场指挥控制系统。该系统集耐高温隔热涂层与智能科技于一体，可广泛应用于矿山巡查、环境勘探、安保巡检、火灾预防等多个领域，并通过实时连线楼顶的无人机平台，现场实时呈现了无人机在智慧城市、环境监测等场景中的前沿应用，一经亮相，吸引了拉美国家驻华使领馆领事、科研机构以及高等院校等驻足观摩，并获得深入交流与关注。
Notably, Ibuychem & BSR showcased at the forum that a jointly developed drone and drone airport command-and-control system, created in partnership with Xidian University. Integrating high-temperature resistant coatings with smart technology, the system can be widely applied in mine inspections, environmental exploration, security patrols, and fire prevention. By linking in real time to a rooftop drone platform, it demonstrated cutting-edge applications in smart cities and environmental monitoring. The showcase drew strong interest from consular representatives of Latin American countries in China, as well as from research institutes and universities, sparking in-depth exchanges and attention.
