Please pay attention to the “Notice on Doing a Good Job in Intellectual Property Protection and Trade Processing at the 138th China Import and Export Commodities Fair” published in the system of EJET, especially the “List of Key Points of Intellectual Property Risk Self-inspection“. The ownership of exhibits, product packaging, promotional materials, booth design, etc. should be clear and authorization should be complete.
Highlights: Unauthorized use of other people’s registered trademarks (especially word trademarks) for the names of exhibits, descriptions of exhibits, promotional panels, brochures, etc. is suspected of high risk of infringement! Customers who need to bring the sample exhibits to the site should also confirm whether the customer is authorized accordingly or owns legal intellectual property rights.
- 2. Familiarize yourself with the regulations:
he complaint reception station accepts IPR complaints occurring in offline exhibitions and online platforms through the IPR Complaint System of the Canton Fair.
