Traces of time remain; light and shadow preserve the chapters.

the Canton Fair has traversed 70 springs and autumns — its original aspiration unwavering, its legacy ever continuing.
Advancing with the times, it has constantly evolved and refreshed itself.
The history of the Canton Fair is nothing less than a condensed history of China’s foreign trade development —
a history of China’s continuous opening-up to the world and its integration into the global economy.
we extend to you a special invitation —
to turn your footprints left at the Canton Fair
into the most cherished memories of the 140th edition.

A Joint Invitation
We look forward to recovering fragments of time with you —
with light and shadow as the prologue, with artifacts as the evidence,
with images as the window, and with stories as the bridge.
Together, we shall merge individual sparks, industry flames, and the tide of the era into one —
freezing in frame China’s grace in opening up,
and etching the resounding footprints of China’s journey to the world.
We sincerely invite every participant, witness, and contributor
