On April 15, the 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) kicks off in Guangzhou, the provincial capital ofGuangdong.
With a total exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters and approximately 74,000 booths, the fair will feature around 31,000 participating enterprises.
Among them, the export exhibition section boasts nearly 73,000 booths, with the number of participating enterprises exceeding 30,000 for the first time, marking an increase of nearly 900 companies compared to the previous session. The import exhibition section, comprising around 1,600 booths, will showcase offerings from 736 enterprises across 50 countries and regions.
This year’s fair will also feature a special section for service robots, attracting 46 industry-leading enterprises. They will present a diverse range of products, including embodied robots, commercial service robots, educational and entertainment robots, and more, offering a comprehensive display of China’s latest advancements in service robot technology and its upstream and downstream industrial chain.
