We are now accepting booth applications for the Export Exhibition of the 138th China Import and Export Fair (“Canton Fair”). Details are as follows:
1. Exhibition Dates and Format
The 138th Canton Fair Export Exhibition will open on October 15, 2025, and will be held offline in three phases:
- Phase 1: October 15–19, 2025
- Phase 2: October 23–27, 2025
- Phase 3: October 31–November 4, 2025
2. Exhibition Content
A total of 55 exhibition zones will be set up. Companies wishing to exhibit in the Phase-3 Rural Revitalization Specialty Products Zone should apply in the corresponding professional zone according to their product category. See Appendix 1 for the zone schedule by phase and Appendix 2 for the list of exhibit items permitted in each zone.
3. Application Periods
Brand Booth Confirmation: From now until May 20
Brand Booth Dynamic Adjustment Applications: By May 5
General Booth Applications: From now until May 30
4. Application Procedures
Booths are divided into Brand Booths and General Booths. Please log in to the Canton Fair “Exhibitor Easy Pass” system (https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn/) to register and confirm your company and product information, then submit your application. After completing registration in the “Exhibitor Easy Pass” system, contact your Trade Delegation (see Appendix 3 for contact details) to handle subsequent arrangements.
Brand Booth Confirmation
Only Brand Booths that companies voluntarily return or those recovered by the Fair will be reallocated. Brand Booth exhibitors from the 137th Canton Fair should confirm the number of Brand Booths they wish to retain for the 138th Fair in the corresponding zones (“Booth Application → My Booth Applications → Brand Booth Confirmation Application”). After confirming, print the application form, sign, and affix your company seal, then submit it to your Trade Delegation—confirmation will take effect immediately. To return all or part of your Brand Booths, also submit a stamped Booth Withdrawal Application (automatically generated by the system). Applications not confirmed by the deadline will be considered forfeited. To apply for additional booths, please submit a General Booth application in the desired zone; these will be given priority when allocating returned Brand Booths alongside General Booths.
Brand Booth Dynamic Adjustment Applications
Under the Brand Booth Dynamic Adjustment mechanism, non-brand exhibitors may submit or update Brand Booth application materials in writing to their Trade Delegation at any time. Interested companies should complete the application form (stamped with the company seal) and send it—along with all required paper materials—to their Trade Delegation (see Canton Fair website “Exhibitor → Exhibition Guide → Brand Booth Review Application Guide”). The Trade Delegation will preliminarily review materials, add qualified companies to the Delegation’s Pre-Approval Recommendation List (in the Online Management Service System → Exhibition Management → Common Documents, stamped), and forward everything to the relevant trade associations. Only companies whose materials are pre-approved by the Trade Delegation and forwarded to the associations by May 5 will be included in the dynamic review pool.
General Booth Applications
Interested companies should complete their General Booth application online in the appropriate zone (“Booth Application → My Booth Applications → General Booth Application”). After submission, print the application form, sign, affix your company seal, and submit it—together with any additional materials required by your Trade Delegation—to your Trade Delegation. Your application will take effect upon acceptance. Companies under penalty for violations and their products are prohibited from exhibiting; please review the Export Exhibition Eligibility Standards (Appendix 4). Separate notice will be issued for the Service Robot Zone. Under the “Joint Venture Exhibition Management Measures,” companies wishing to exhibit jointly must meet the qualification requirements, submit joint venture applicant information (for those applying for three or more booths in the same zone), and upload third-party proof of supply partnership. Once booth assignments are released, companies must confirm their joint venture partners within the specified period for the joint application to take effect.
5. Notes and Reminders
(1) Please complete all information accurately and in detail as prompted by the system. If you encounter any issues during the application process, refer to the “Exhibitor – Exhibition Guide – Application Instructions” section on the Canton Fair website, or the “Notifications & Announcements” panel on the home page of the Exhibitor Easy Pass system, or contact the Canton Fair Customer Service Center at 4000-888-999 for assistance.
(2) Products registered for the Export Exhibition in the Exhibitor Easy Pass system will not automatically appear on the Canton Fair website. If you wish to update the product listings displayed on the website, please log in to the Canton Fair “Cloud Exhibition Hall Management” system and make the necessary changes once your online participation is confirmed.
(3) If your chosen exhibition zone implements specialized product sub-zones, you must declare your primary product category (accounting for at least 60% of your exhibits) truthfully and select the corresponding sub-zone. This helps buyers find your booth more easily and improves your exhibition effectiveness.
(4) The Export Exhibition enforces a booth-cancellation penalty system as follows:
- Cancellations received on or before the day after the booth-allocation deadline incur no fee.
- Cancellations received after that date and up to one day before the opening incur 50% of the booth fee.
- Cancellations made on or after the opening date incur 100% of the booth fee.
(5) The online platform operates continuously. Companies may apply at any time to participate on the online platform, select service packages, etc., via the Cloud Exhibition Hall Management system (https://www.cantonfair.org.cn/). For guidance, visit the “Help Center” on the Canton Fair website (click the floating “Help Center” icon on the right side of the homepage).
6. Special Advisories
Submission of an online application does not guarantee exhibition qualification. Participation and booth assignments are subject to the Export Exhibition’s booth-allocation rules. Final booth numbers will be confirmed in the Exhibitor Easy Pass system or notified by your Trade Delegation.
The Exhibitor Easy Pass system is the sole official channel for Canton Fair booth applications. All exhibition matters must be handled through your designated Trade Delegation. The Export Exhibition does not authorize any organizations or individuals—other than Trade Delegations—to act on its behalf. Please remain vigilant against unauthorized agents and potential scams.
