About the Canton FairThe China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, is jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province, and is undertaken by the China Foreign Trade Center. It is hailed as “China’s Premier Trade Fair.”The 137th Canton Fair attracted 288,900 overseas buyers from 219 countries and regions, with an intended export transaction value of 25.44 billion US dollars. Innovative products continue to emerge, and brand value is constantly increasing.
The 138th Canton Fair will open on October 15, 2025, and will be held in three phases. The first phase will cover five major sectors: electronic appliances, industrial manufacturing, vehicles and motorcycles, lighting and electrical products, and hardware tools.

Application Requirements
Exhibit Scope: Robots that provide services in personal, household, and professional fields, including but not limited to elderly care and disability assistance, security monitoring, domestic services, educational services, entertainment services, cleaning services, catering services, tour guiding, rescue services, and courier services.
Application Criteria:
• High technological level, such as specialized, refined, unique, and innovative “little giant” enterprises, or champions in manufacturing sectors.
• Strong development potential. Start-up enterprises producing high-end products like robot dogs are allowed to apply for booths even without export records.
• High brand recognition, such as globally renowned enterprises in related fields.
• Products must comply with the exhibit scope of the special area.Booth Area and Participation Fees:All booths are bare space.
In principle, each enterprise should have no less than 4 booths (36 square meters). Enterprises are required to design and decorate their own booths, which can be used for display, negotiation, and demonstration. Enterprises selected through the review process will be exempt from booth fees.
Application Method:
Submit application requests to the relevant provincial or municipal commerce authorities.Application Deadline:From now until mid-to-late June (subject to the requirements of each commerce authority).
