中国进出口商品交易会，又称广交会，创办于1957年，每年春秋两季在广州举办，由商务部和广东省人民政府联合主办，是中国目前历史最长、规模最大、商品种类最全、到会采购商最多且分布国别地区最广、成交效果最好、信誉最佳的综合性国际贸易盛会。
China Import and Export Fair, also known as Canton Fair, is established in 1957. Co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of PRC and the Peoples Government of Guangdong Province and organized by China Foreign Trade Centre, it is held every spring and autumn in Guangzhou, China. Canton Fair is a comprehensive international trading event with the longest history, the largest scale, the most complete product variety, the largest buyer attendance, the broadest distribution of buyers source country and the greatest business turnover in China.
第138届广交会将于2025年10月15日至11月4日在广州举办，展览面积为155万平方米，超3万家企业线下参展。境内外采购商对广交会给予高度评价，认为广交会是实现一站式采购的最佳平台。
The 138th Canton Fair will be held in Guangzhou from October 15 to November 4, 2025. With an exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters, it will attract over 30,000 enterprises to participate offline. Domestic and foreign buyers highly appraise the Canton Fair, regarding it as the best platform for one-stop procurement.

Canton Fair Badges: Express Application & Hassle-Free Processing
参展商证：供参展单位业务员人员进馆使用，有效期为5天，参展期间进出次数不限，全馆通用。
Exhibitor Badge：Issued to official exhibitor staff. Valid for all five exhibition days, unlimited entries, full-hall access.
参展代表证：供参展或参观人员临时入场之用，是最常见的临时证，证件多用于参观一两天的参展商或参观人员。证件有效期内，进出次数不限，全馆通用。
Visitor Badge / Exhibitor-Visitor Badge ：Temporary pass for short-term visitors or exhibitor representatives. Valid for one or two days, unlimited entries within validity, full-hall access.
采购商证：境外公司人员（港澳台同胞）参观、采购使用的证件，参展期间持此证可在服务台免费领取参展商名录。
Overseas Buyer Badge：For overseas purchasers (including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan). Entitles holder to a free exhibitor directory at the service counter.
采购代表证：境外公司驻中方工作人员使用的证件，三期通用，证件有效期内，进出次数不限，全馆通用。
Purchasing Representative Badge： For locally-based staff employed by overseas companies. Valid for all three phases, unlimited entries within validity, full-hall access.
服务证：从事贸易服务业机构人员及馆内服务人员使用，证件有效期内，进出次数不限，全馆通用。佩带此证件，在展会筹展及撤展期间都可以正常使用。
Service Provider Badge：For trade-service institutions and on-site service personnel. Valid during move-in, exhibition and move-out periods, unlimited entries, full-hall access. Wearing this badge grants valid access during both the move-in and move-out periods of the fair.
筹/撤展人员证：供参展单位或协助参展单位进入展馆进行布/撤展的人员使用，已持有参展商证的人员可进馆筹展，无须办理筹/撤展证。
Move-in / Move-out Personnel Badge： For booth set-up and dismantling personnel. Not required if the person already holds an Exhibitor Badge.
筹/撤展车证：供参展单位运送展品的货车使用，只能在证件上规定的日期使用
Move-in / Move-out Vehicle Pass：For trucks delivering exhibits. Only valid on the dates specified on the pass.
