October 23-27The 2nd Phase of the 138th Canton Fair was successfully held. It focused on “Quality Home Furnishings” and continued to drive the Canton Fair towards development featuring innovation, intelligence, and green initiatives. The green concept was integrated throughout the entire exhibition organization process, and low-carbon products were showcased to demonstrate the innovative achievements of the industrial and supply chains, creating a one-stop procurement platform for global buyers to explore their “ideal home”.

Exhibiting enterprises took green development as the “medium” and innovation as the “engine”. Among over 10,000 exhibiting enterprises, 41.2% adopted low-carbon production models, strengthening the foundation of green development and boosting its driving force. The number of high-quality enterprises with titles such as high-tech enterprises, specialized and sophisticated enterprises with distinctive features, and single-item champions exceeded 2,900, an increase of over 10% compared with the same period of the previous session, reaching a new high.
参展企业以绿为 “媒”,以新为 “擎”。超 1 万家参展企业中,41.2% 采用低碳生产模式,绿色发展底色更亮、动能更足;拥有高新技术、专精特新、单项冠军等称号的优质企业超 2900 家,较上届同期增长超 10%,再创新高。
Among 2.075 million exhibits, new products, green and low-carbon products, and products with independent intellectual property rights accounted for 24.6%, 26.3%, and 22.8% respectively. From degradable materials to environmentally friendly customized solutions, and from smart home products to integrated green designs, a wide range of innovative achievements were on display, outlining a new picture of Chinese creativity spreading across the world. The media praised the Canton Fair for “leading the new trend of green and low-carbon development and serving as a frontier exhibition platform for green trade”.

The enthusiasm of overseas buyers attending the fair continued to rise. A total of nearly 240,000 overseas buyers from 223 countries and regions attended the fair, an increase of 6.8%, hitting a new high. Among them, the number of buyers from the EU, the Middle East, the United States, and South America saw a significant increase.
境外采购商到会热度持续攀升。累计来自 223 个国家和地区的近 24 万名境外采购商到会,增长 6.8%,再创新高,其中欧盟、中东、美国、南美采购商数量增长明显。
140 overseas industrial and commercial institutions organized delegations to participate, an increase of 9.3%. 455 purchasing groups attended the fair, with the scale reaching a new high. Among them, 328 leading enterprises such as Target (USA), Carrefour (France), and Nitori (Japan) organized delegations to participate, an increase of 8.5%. Exhibitors believe that the Canton Fair has been upgraded to a global value chain integration hub, and overseas buyers highly praised it as a “must-attend exhibition” and the best choice for sharing China’s opportunities and achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.

Focusing on “precision matching”, an efficient bridge was built. 165 new product launch events were held to provide a platform for the first launch and exhibition of innovative, intelligent, and green products. Foreign trade high-quality product domestic sales promotion matching activities, 6 “Trade Bridge” supply and procurement matching activities, and 6 “Haobao and Haoni Explore Canton Fair” activities were held to help enterprises expand the market.

The 3rd Phase of the 138th Canton Fair will be held from October 31 to November 4, with the theme of “Better Life”. It covers an exhibition area of 515,000 square meters, with approximately 25,000 booths, focusing on showcasing 5 major sectors and 21 exhibition areas, including toys, maternity and baby products, fashion, home textiles, stationery, and leisure and health products. Over 12,000 enterprises will participate, including more than 2,900 high-quality enterprises.
第 138 届广交会第三期将于 10 月 31 日 —11 月 4 日举办,以 “美好生活” 为主题,展览面积 51.5 万平方米,展位数约 2.5 万个,集中展示玩具及孕婴童、时尚、家用纺织品、文具、休闲健康 5 大板块 21 个展区,参展企业超 1.2 万家,其中优质企业超 2900 家。
