The 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) concluded successfully in Guangzhou. As a key trade service partner of the Canton Fair, BSR (Digital Silk Road) achieved fruitful results at this event, practicing the concept of an “Everlasting Canton Fair” through professional and refined services.

During the exhibition, leveraging its global resource network and digital invitation system, BSR successfully attracted over 1,000 core international buyers, including Thailand’s supermarket chain giant Globalhouse, Saudi Arabia’s renowned real estate and construction enterprise Bani Al Aamal Company, Brazil’s leading building materials supermarket FLUZAO, and the Philippines’ large-scale hotel and real estate investment group Solaire. Through in-depth pre-event demand matching and systematic itinerary planning, the BSR team assisted buyers in efficiently and accurately conducting in-depth inspections and negotiations with over 500 exhibitors, upgrading traditional “offline exhibition visits” to a key link of “final supplier qualification review,” significantly improving the quality and efficiency of procurement decisions.

Notably, Mr. Su Ziliang, President of the Federation of Brazilian Foreign Trade Chambers and Secretary-General of the China-Brazil Friendship Association, led an important Brazilian procurement delegation to visit BSR’s booth and conducted productive exchanges with the team. Both parties clarified cooperation directions in multiple key areas during the talks, laying a solid foundation for deepening China-Brazil trade relations.

During the exhibition preparation stage, the BSR team demonstrated the depth and breadth of professional services. Taking Globalhouse as an example, Thailand’s largest supermarket chain conducted five rounds of in-depth communication with BSR before the exhibition. The BSR team not only detailed the specifications, quality standards, and procurement budgets of the required products but also in-depth discussed key issues such as inventory turnover requirements, logistics and distribution plans, and product adaptability in the Southeast Asian market. Based on in-depth pre-event communication, BSR fully utilized digital tools (and the Canton Fair APP) to create a new service process of “demand profiling – precise matching – itinerary pre-arrangement.” Leveraging supply chain matching experience, the first round of screening was completed before the exhibition, which not only improved buyers’ participation efficiency but also ensured they were connected with pre-screened high-quality suppliers.

Statistics show that buyers served by BSR could efficiently connect with 15-20 high-quality exhibitors per day on average, which is more than 3 times the efficiency of visiting the exhibition independently. A home furnishing buyer from Europe praised, “BSR consultants fully understand my needs, and almost all the suppliers they recommended meet my procurement standards, saving me a lot of time and energy.”

Unlike simple booth visits, BSR elevated offline docking to the level of supply chain auditing. It mapped an “end-to-end” customer journey centered on overseas buyers, focusing on reviewing and optimizing the entire process from “demand generation” to “information search,” and from “supplier evaluation” to “offline confirmation,” ensuring professional, consistent, and efficient experiences at every digital touchpoint. During the four days accompanying Globalhouse’s procurement team, BSR consultants not only assisted in visiting 87 exhibitors but also organized 12 in-depth factory negotiations and 3 on-site factory visits to comprehensively evaluate suppliers’ production capacity, quality systems, and delivery stability.
