To foster new drivers for foreign trade and leverage the Canton Fair’s role in leading innovation, the 139th session of the Canton Fair will continue to feature dedicated Service Robotics and Smart Healthcare zones. Booth applications for these zones are now open. The relevant details are hereby notified as follows:
I. Overview of the Service Robotics and Smart Healthcare Zones
- Exhibition Period
- Service Robotics Zone: April 15–19, 2026 (Phase 1)
- Exhibition Venue
- Friendship Hall (Hall 21.2), Area D, Canton Fair Complex
- Exhibit Scope
- Service Robotics Zone: Robots providing services in personal, household, and professional fields, including but not limited to: domestic service robots, educational service robots, entertainment robots, elderly/assistive care robots, security and surveillance robots, cleaning service robots, catering service robots, tour guide/reception robots, rescue robots, delivery robots, etc.
- Smart Healthcare Zone: Medical robots, intelligent diagnostic and medical products, smart wearable devices, intelligent massage and physiotherapy products, intelligent rehabilitation and nursing products, smart monitoring products, etc.
- Booth Specifications and Fees
- All booths within the Friendship Hall are provided as raw space. In principle, each enterprise in the Service Robotics Zone shall be allocated no fewer than 4 booth units (36 sq.m), and each enterprise in the Smart Healthcare Zone no fewer than 2 booth units (18 sq.m). Exhibition space fees will be waived for enterprises selected through the review process. Enterprises are responsible for their own special booth construction and decoration.
- Application Criteria
Enterprises must meet at least one of the following conditions: possess strong R&D and innovation capabilities, demonstrate high growth potential, or enjoy high brand recognition. Furthermore, their products must fall within the respective zone’s exhibit scope. Applications are permitted even if the enterprise currently has no export record.
II. Application Timeline
- Application Period: From the date of this notice until January 8, 2026.
III. Booth Application Process
According to the Review Criteria for Booth Allocation in the Service Robotics Zone and the Review Criteria for Booth Allocation in the Smart Healthcare Zone, adjustments will only be made for returned booths. The specific process is as follows:
- Booth Confirmation (for previous exhibitors):
Enterprises that exhibited in the Service Robotics or Smart Healthcare Zone at the 138th Canton Fair must confirm their booth quantity for the corresponding zone at the 139th session. Failure to confirm by the deadline will be considered a forfeiture. - Booth Adjustment (for new applicants):
Eligible non-exhibiting enterprises from the 138th session’s Service Robotics or Smart Healthcare Zones that meet the application criteria may submit their requested booth quantity within the specified period. Applicants must prepare and submit their application materials by post in accordance with the review criteria, referring to the provided sample documents and instructions . A signed and company-stamped declaration must be included .
Note: Enterprises that have submitted applications in previous sessions and have no supplementary materials are not required to re-submit.
IV. Submission Instructions
Eligible enterprises intending to apply must unifiedly submit their complete set of paper-based application materials to the Guangzhou Trading Delegation by January 8, 2026.
