
8月15日,2025中国(广东)—RCEP成员国跨境电商交流活动暨中国(广州)跨境电商交易会在广州正式启幕。澳大利亚、韩国、柬埔寨、印尼、老挝、马来西亚、菲律宾、泰国、越南等RCEP成员国驻穗领馆代表,广东省21个地级市商务部门的同志,以及国内外跨境电商企业代表和业界专家学者近500人出席活动。
On August 15th, the 2025 China (Guangdong) – RCEP Member Countries Cross-border E-commerce Exchange Activity and China (Guangzhou) Cross-border E-commerce Trade Fair officially kicked off in Guangzhou. Representatives from the embassies of RCEP member countries in Guangzhou, officials from the commerce departments of 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province, as well as representatives of domestic and foreign cross-border e-commerce enterprises and industry experts from around the world, totaling nearly 500 people, attended the event.
本届跨交会展期3天,以“外贸新动能·数字新未来”为主题,展览总面积超4万平方米,吸引1000多家优质供应链企业、42家跨境电商平台参展,规模居国内同类展会前列。广东594家企业参展,广州美妆、佛山家电、中山灯饰、汕头玩具等18个优势产业带以产业联盟形式设主题展区。
This cross-industry exhibition lasts for three days. With the theme of “New Foreign Trade Driving Forces · Digital New Future”, the exhibition covers an area of over 40,000 square meters. It attracts more than 1,000 high-quality supply chain enterprises and 42 cross-border e-commerce platforms to participate. The scale ranks among the top in domestic similar exhibitions. 594 enterprises from Guangdong participated in the exhibition. 18 advantageous industrial belts such as Guangzhou cosmetics, Foshan home appliances, Zhongshan lighting, and Shantou toys set up theme exhibition areas in the form of industrial alliances.
广东省政府副秘书长郭亦乐介绍,广东打好外贸、外资、外包、外经、外智“五外联动”组合拳,推动全省跨境电商进出口规模从2015年的113亿元跃升至2024年的7454亿元,9年扩大66倍,年均增长60%,规模稳居全国第一。跨交会已成为集供应链对接、政策解读、趋势研讨于一体的行业盛会。
Guo Yile, the deputy secretary-general of the Guangdong Provincial Government, introduced that Guangdong has launched a “five external linkage” strategy to promote foreign trade, foreign investment, outsourcing, foreign economic cooperation and foreign expertise. As a result, the scale of cross-border e-commerce imports and exports in the province has soared from 11.3 billion yuan in 2015 to 745.4 billion yuan in 2024, expanding by 66 times over 9 years and growing at an average rate of 60% per year. The Cross-Industry Expo has become a major industry event that integrates supply chain connections, policy interpretation, and trend discussions.
广东省商务厅厅长张劲松表示,广东正锚定跨境电商示范省目标,聚焦三方面加力推进:一是抓“跨境电商+产业带”,3年内打造30个优势产业带、培育300家骨干企业;二是抓“跨境电商拓展新市场”专项行动,协同头部平台链接国内国际市场;三是做强广州、深圳、粤东三大电商发展极,带动全省21个跨境电商综试区提档升级。
Zhang Jinsong, the director of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Commerce, stated that Guangdong is setting its sights on becoming a demonstration province for cross-border e-commerce and is focusing on three aspects to accelerate its progress: Firstly, it will focus on “cross-border e-commerce + industrial clusters”, aiming to establish 30 advantageous industrial clusters and cultivate 300 key enterprises within three years; Secondly, it will carry out the “cross-border e-commerce to expand new markets” special campaign, collaborating with leading platforms to link the domestic and international markets; Thirdly, it will strengthen the development of the three major e-commerce development poles in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and eastern Guangdong, driving the upgrading of 21 cross-border e-commerce pilot zones across the province.
广州市副市长胡浩介绍,广州自2016年获批国家跨境电商综合试验区以来,近十年累计进出口额超7000亿元,2024年超1800亿元,进口规模连续10年全国第一;今年上半年实现进出口1169亿元,同比增长43.1%。广州将打造具有全球竞争力的贸易生态圈,为中国外贸高质量发展贡献“广州方案”。
Hu Hao, the vice mayor of Guangzhou, introduced that since Guangzhou was approved as a national cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone in 2016, its cumulative import and export volume has exceeded 700 billion yuan over the past decade, and it will exceed 180 billion yuan in 2024. The import scale has ranked first in the country for 10 consecutive years. In the first half of this year, the import and export volume reached 116.9 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 43.1%. Guangzhou will build a global competitive trade ecosystem and contribute the “Guangzhou solution” to the high-quality development of China’s foreign trade.
中国对外贸易中心主任朱咏表示,本届展会共有1000多家供应链企业、40多家国内外主要平台、近200家生态链服务商参展,广东、浙江、福建、江苏、安徽等23个省市自治区组织900多家企业参展,标准展位超1800个,规模、展位数量、平台数量均超上届。为顺应贸易新趋势,展会增设跨境电商AI专区和合规出海专区,并宣布2026年跨交会调整至6月16—18日举办。
Zhu Yong, the director of the China Foreign Trade Center, said that this exhibition had over 1,000 supply chain enterprises, 40 major domestic and foreign platforms, and nearly 200 ecosystem service providers participating. 23 provincial-level administrative regions including Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangsu, and Anhui organized over 900 enterprises to participate. There were more than 1,800 standard booths, and the scale, number of booths, and number of platforms all exceeded those of the previous session. To adapt to new trade trends, the exhibition added an AI zone for cross-border e-commerce and a compliance overseas business zone. It was also announced that the Cross-border Trade Fair would be adjusted to be held from June 16th to 18th in 2026.
活动上,亚马逊全球开店发布《2025亚马逊全球开店出口跨境电商发展趋势白皮书》,希音分享“跨境电商+产业带”优秀案例;主办方发布《跨境电商(出海)新市场国别指引》及广东“品牌出海”“拓展新市场”优秀案例。广东省网商协会、泰国创新发展合作协会、亚马逊全球开店、希音、OZON、中国联通、广交物流、易达云、中国企业“走出去”综合服务基地、阿里巴巴、中国制造网等机构联合发出“跨境电商合规出海五项倡议”:强化合规意识、共享基础设施、尊重原创设计、维护消费权益、深化国际合作。
At the event, Amazon Global Selling released the “White Paper on the Development Trends of Amazon Global Selling’s Export Cross-border E-commerce in 2025”, and SHEIN shared an excellent case of “cross-border e-commerce + industrial zones”; the organizer released the “Country Guidelines for New Markets in Cross-border E-commerce (Going Global)” and outstanding cases of “brand going global” and “expanding into new markets” in Guangdong. The Guangdong Online Merchant Association, the Thailand Innovation and Development Cooperation Association, Amazon Global Selling, SHEIN, OZON, China Unicom, Guangzhou Import and Export Logistics, Yida Cloud, the Comprehensive Service Base for Chinese Enterprises “Going Global”, Alibaba, Made-in-China Network, etc. jointly issued the “Five Initiatives for Compliance Cross-border E-commerce Outbound”: strengthening compliance awareness, sharing infrastructure, respecting original design, safeguarding consumer rights, and deepening international cooperation.
此外,展会将举办30余场政策发布、经验分享、资源对接等线上线下主题论坛活动,为参展企业和采购商提供丰富对接机会,助力企业把握新机遇,实现新发展,为培育外贸新动能作出积极贡献。
