Thank you for your continued support of the Canton Fair! The 138th Canton Fair will be held in Guangzhou in three phases from October 15 to November 4, 2025:
- Phase 1: October 15–19
- Phase 2: October 23–27
- Phase 3: October 31–November 4
Media representatives are invited to register online by September 30 following the guidelines below. The Canton Fair Press Center will process credentials by October 12 and arrange for delivery by mail or on-site pickup as requested.
Media Registration Guidelines
1. Registration Access
- Option 1: Visit the registration link on PC: https://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn/#/reporterLogin
- Option 2: Click the “Media Registration” button on the “News & Media” page of the Canton Fair official website.
2. Required Documents
Please prepare scanned copies or photos of the following materials:
- For Domestic Media Reporters:
- One of the following: Official letter of introduction, official document, or press card issued by the National Press and Publication Administration.
- Valid ID (e.g., passport or national ID card).
- One recent color photo (40mm×50mm, blue or white background).
- For Foreign Media Reporters:
- Press card issued by the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (for resident foreign journalists) or by the Central Government’s Liaison Office in Hong Kong/Macau (for Hong Kong/Macau journalists).
- Valid ID (e.g., passport).
- One recent color photo (40mm×50mm, blue or white background).
- For On-Site Vehicle Permits:
- Vehicle registration certificate and driver’s license.
- For Driver/Field Staff Permits:
- Official letter of introduction or document.
- Valid ID.
- One recent color photo (40mm×50mm, blue or white background).
Note: Each reporter can apply for only one on-site vehicle permit and one driver/field staff permit.
3. Important Notes
- All registration information must be true and accurate, and uploaded documents must be clear and legible.
- After submission, the Canton Fair Press Center will review your application. If additional information is needed, staff will contact you—please keep your phone accessible.
- For mail delivery: After all permits under the same account are processed, they will be sent via EMS (estimated delivery: 1–3 days). For on-site pickup: You will receive an SMS notification with pickup details.
- Existing media accounts on the Canton Fair official website remain valid. First-time attendees or those experiencing login issues/forgotten passwords should contact the Press Center.
